The Hon'ble Chief Minister has directed preparation of a Recruitment Calendar, so that filling up of essential Direct Recruitment vacancies is taken up in a planned & phased manner.
In pursuance of the above, the Chief Secretary has convened a meeting with all Special Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries/Secretaries to Government on 7-4-2021, regarding the creation of Directory of Posts & Personnel (DoPP) & the Recruitment Calendar. The Chief Secretary instructed Finance Department to issue process guidelines immediately & the Departments to upload the required information latest by 12.00 Noon on 12-4-2021.
Accordingly, the Finance Department, in the reference 2nd read above issued instructions regarding Directory of Posts & Personnel (DoPP) & in the reference 3rd read above regarding preparation of Recruitment Calendar detailing the step-wise process & the Help-Desks details.
As on 22-5-2021, information is received from (97) HoDs for DOPP & from (46) HoDs for the Recruitment Calendar with details of Direct Recruit vacancies & prioritisation.
The information for the Recruitment Calendar with Direct Recruit vacancies & prioritisation is not received from the following HODs.
