It is proposed to conduct counselling for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant from the feeder category of Junior Assistant/Typist/Store keeper for the panel year 2021-2022 and counselling will be conducted on 02.09.2022 at 0/0 the RDM&HS, Kadapa by 09.00 AM.

Hence the Officers concerned are requested to relieve to the Junior Assistant/Typist/Store keeper (Names mentioned in Annexure) along with instructions to attend the counselling on 02.09.2022 at 0/0 the RDM&HS, Kadapa and furnish the following priorities of the Junior Assistants/Typist/Store keeper along with following particulars for considering promotion to the post of Senior Assistant as per G.O.Ms.N.273.

1.       Spouse particulars
2.       Physically Handicapped certificate if any
3.       Widow/Unmarried particulars if any
4.       No charges pending certificate
5.       Work satisfactory certificate.
6.       Passing of Account test (result copy)
7.       Service Register 08. Latest Not opted certificate from the concerned
