Sub:- CH&FW - Single Window System in HM&FW Dept. - DT.YSR Village Health Clinics - Counseling to all Regular MPHA (F)s working in PHCs in Erstwhile West Godavari District - Mapping of ANMs to every village and ward Secretariat - Filling up the Vacancies - Scheduled Counseling on Oh -Og-2On for choosing place of posting in Village/Ward Secretariats in West Godavari District (Erstwhile)- Intimation - Reg.

As per the instructions of the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P, Mangalagiri, Guntur vide reference 1^st   and 2^nd  cited, it is proposed to map the ANM's at Village/Ward Secretariats in Erstwhile West Godavari District through deployment of Regular MPHA (F) through counseling.

 In this connection, it is hereby informed that, the Seniority list of Regular MPHA (F) has been communicated through mails to Medical Officers of PHC's, UPHCs, PP Units and UFWC in the Erstwhile West Godavari District i.e 12.08.2022, 18.08.2022 and 22.08.2022 and the same has been displayed in the notice board on 22.08.2022. Some of the Grievances raised by the employees and rectified their Grievances.

 The Salary of the deployed Regular MPHA (F)'s shall be drawn by the present Drawing and Disbursing Officer only. It is not a Transfer and it is only work deployment.

 In view of the above, the Regular MPHA (F) working under control of the District Medical and Health Officer (Erstwhile West Godavari District) are hereby directed to attend the counseling on 06.09.2022 at 1O AM at O/o. DMHO, Eluru for choosing place of posting in notified DT.YSR Village/Ward Clinics. They should attend the counseling on 06.09.2O22 along with Service Register, and documents in Original Pertaining Transfer Priorities if any as per transfer Guidelines. If any MPHA (F) not attended the counseling, she will be posted in the available vacancy, which shall not be modified

Note: 1. The Ten Petitioners as in the W.P.No.2676al2O22 are exempted for Counseling vide Orders of Hon'ble High Court, A.P, Amravati.
