3. This office letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, CFMS. 4. Mail Dt. 24-12-2020 received from CFMS.

With reference to your letter 2nd cited, the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh is informed that the APCFSS authorities have suggested the following pre-requisites for the payment of consolidated pay to the newly created posts of Civil Assistant Surgeons(CAS).  

a. The newly sanctioned posts may be created in the respective offices  separately against a bill ID. 

b. The new incumbents shall be on boarded against these new posts only. c. If any incumbent is transferred out, and at the new station if a 

separate bill ID for these consolidated pay CASs is not available, then the  above steps (a) and (b) needs to be repeated. If new bill ID for CASs is  readily available, then the transferred employee shall be on boarded against  

the new bill ID only. 

Further the APCFSS authorities have requested to furnish the list of posts to be created along with their respective DDO Codes under whose jurisdiction those posts fall. 

In view of the above, you are requested to furnish the list of posts to be created along with their respective DDO Codes as per GO 1st cited at an early date.
